Welcome to KiddiKash! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our family task management application and services. By creating an account or using our app, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use KiddiKash.

KiddiKash is a family task management application designed to help parents and children organize household tasks, track progress, and manage rewards through a gamified system.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's use of the app
You must provide accurate and complete information
Each family should have only one account
You are responsible for maintaining account security

Account Security

Keep your login credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Use a strong, unique password
Log out from shared devices
You are liable for all activities under your account

Family Management

Parents/guardians have full control over their family's account, including managing children's profiles, setting permissions, and monitoring activity. Children cannot modify core family settings.

Acceptable Use Policy

You May

Use the app for legitimate family task management
Upload appropriate photos related to completed tasks
Create reasonable tasks and rewards for your family
Share the app with other families (encourage them to sign up)

You May Not

Upload inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the app
Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
Create fake families or provide false information
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Share your account with people outside your family

Payment and Subscription Terms

Free Plan

KiddiKash offers a free plan with basic features for families to get started with task management.

Premium Features

Premium subscriptions may be offered for additional features. If you choose to subscribe:

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You can cancel anytime through your account settings
Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
Price changes will be communicated in advance

Current Status: KiddiKash is currently free to use. We will notify users well in advance if we introduce any paid features or subscriptions.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

KiddiKash, its design, features, and content are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, task descriptions, etc.)
You grant us permission to store and display your content within the app
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload
We may remove inappropriate content at our discretion

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of KiddiKash. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through app settings
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
You can export your data before deletion
Some information may be retained as required by law

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Engage in harmful or illegal activities
Repeatedly upload inappropriate content
Attempt to abuse or exploit the service
